How To Set Up A New E-mail Account In Windows Live Mail
Please use the following steps in order to set up an email account within your Windows Live Mail email software.
Step 1: Multiple e-mail accounts can be added to Windows LIve Mail one by one. Gather all the information you need before adding the account:
~~ the login information (username and password - you will get those details from your e-mail account provider - WNW Design Ltd.)
~~ incoming and outgoing server address and type (again, get those details from WNW Design Ltd.)
Step 2: Open the Windows Live Mail. Click on the "Add an e-mail account" button which is to be found on the bottom left.

Step 3: You will get a window where you put your e-mail address, your password and display name. Below the "Password" box, there is a "remember password" box. If you don't want to enter the password each time you access your account, make sure you tick it off now.

Click "Next".
Step 4: Another window will pop out. Put your incoming email server type and type in the address and port number.
"My incoming mail server" should be "POP3".
"Incoming server": mail.yourdomain.co.uk, replacing yourdomain with the current website address of your website. Once done, copy this in to the second box (outgoing mail server).

Step 5: The Windows Live Mail setup is complete now. You can set this account as the default by checking the box at the bottom of the page. Click "Finish".

Now, Windows Live Mail will create five new folders: The Inbox, Drafts, Sent Items, Junk E-mail and Deleted Items.
